comment tag is used to insert comments in the source code.comments are not display on the web page.
the comment are used to explain your code .
HTML comment starting with <! –– and the comment ending with ––> .comment are visible are any one that view the source code.
e.g
<h1> this is heading </h1>
<!-- this is comment it does not display on any browser it only help to explain our source code <--
